Consumers Tire of COVID-19 Related Ads

While consumers appreciated COVID-19 messaging, they are now telling us it is time to move on as the desire to move to a new normal continues to grow. Brands will still need to practice corporate citizenship, such as showing consumers social distancing while restaurants and retail re-open. Brand messaging including where and when will need to shift over the next few months to connect with consumers and changing desires.
