On December 8, 2004, Regay decided to go for it! The vision she had for RMH Marketing & Media became a reality. Regay opened the doors with one goal in mind—to be a strategic and creative thinker for her clients and to advise them on all aspects of their marketing programs to drive business. After having experienced multiple sides of the advertising world in both print and media, she came to the decision that the client side of the business is where her creative and analytical skills would make the biggest impact on the industry.
In addition to running RMH, Regay is very involved in the Houston community doing pro bono work for non-profits and speaking for various organizations such as the Woman’s Business Enterprise Alliance. She is most proud of her time dedicated to Children at Risk, for which she served on the Executive Board as Communications Chair for four years. In addition, Regay is actively involved in the American Heart Association’s Circle of Red. As clients’ needs are constantly evolving, Regay ensures her team adapts to be on top of the latest and greatest industry trends and best practices. She remains closely involved with RMH clients, leading creative thought and driving strategy. Her client dedication coupled with a contagious energy level will leave you, needless to say, inspired!
Kelly Jover, Vice President of RMH Marketing and Media, joined RMH four years ago from sports television to help manage the fast-paced agency. She has over a decade of experience in sales, project, and team management coupled with extensive knowledge in achieving corporate sales initiatives, building teams and customer relationships. Her current focus is on agency growth through mid-market to Fortune 500 companies in establishing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.
