On December 8, 2004, Regay decided to go for it! The vision she had for RMH Marketing & Media became a reality. Regay opened the doors with one goal in mind—to be a strategic and creative thinker for her clients and to advise them on all aspects of their marketing programs to drive business. After having experienced multiple sides of the advertising world in both print and media, she came to the decision that the client side of the business is where her creative and analytical skills would make the biggest impact on the industry.
In addition to running RMH, Regay is very involved in the Houston community doing pro bono work for non-profits and speaking for various organizations. She is actively involved in the American Heart Association, and also serves as a trustee for a Houston family office. As clients’ needs are constantly evolving, Regay ensures her team adapts to be on top of the latest and greatest industry trends and best practices. She remains closely involved with RMH clients, leading creative thought and driving strategy. Without much time left for hobbies, her time is spent with her two amazing kids, enjoying family time with home-cooked meals, and always looking for the next laugh, as she believes a sense of humor gets you through anything. Her family and client dedication coupled with a contagious energy level will leave you, needless to say, inspired!
Maria joined the RMH team in 2020 after deciding to make her move from the client side in the marketing world back into advertising. As Chief Operating Officer, Maria oversees the fabulous RMH team and helps manage day-to-day creative and strategic direction, ideation, and consumer insights. She also develops business relationships, proposals, and onboarding for new clients.
Maria began her career at an advertising agency where she drove the business for multiple industries including technology, travel, and retail. She is experienced in numerous facets of the advertising and marketing industry including media buying, planning, account management, and in-house marketing. Prior to joining RMH, Maria led the field marketing team for Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen where she and her team were responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs for over 300 franchisees. Maria was also responsible for oversight of $95M in both local and national TV.
Maria has worked within her community with various organizations including fundraising for Texas Children’s Heart Center. She has a great love of food, cooking and the creativity of marrying flavors and textures. In her free time, Maria enjoys writing short stories about funny events that have occurred in her life – COVID-19 isn’t on her list just yet.
Shane Hildreth is Chief Revenue Officer of RMH Marketing & Media and Founder & President of SMH Sports & Entertainment. Before launching SMH, Shane was most recently CEO of VYPE Media, a company that provides exclusive content and marketing services for high schools and youth organizations. With unique approaches to the promotion of student athletics, VYPE Media engages local communities of players, teams, coaches, families, and fans and develops student-athletes, helps schools improve success rates, and provides compelling opportunities for advertisers and sponsors wanting to reach the high school and youth sports market. Shane is an Advisory Council member of The University of Texas at Austin Center for Sports Communication and Media, Moody College of Communications.
Before joining VYPE Media, Hildreth was Vice President of Sales – East Texas for IMG College. In this role, from 2014-2018, Hildreth was responsible for the day-to-day operations for University of Houston, Rice University, and the Red River Showdown, as well as managing the IMG relationships for Texas-based companies. Shane joined IMG in July 2012 as the Vice President of Regional Sales – Southwest for IMG College, focusing on revenue-generating programs across multiple properties in the Southwest. IMG College Southwest properties included: The University of Texas, University of Houston, Rice University, Baylor University, Texas Christian University, University of Texas El Paso, Red River Showdown, Longhorn Network, Tulane University, University of Kansas, University of Arkansas, and The University of Nebraska. Shane has sales and marketing experience at the highest levels with the Houston Astros, Lone Star Sports and Entertainment, and the Houston Texans, and running lead on major events like the Shell Houston Open, Gold Cup Soccer, and the Texas Bowl before his time at IMG. When Shane is not marketing and selling sports, he is coaching it!
Geoff started with RMH as an intern, where he quickly excelled in creating exceptional designs for clients. With his keen eye for graphic design, coupled with his relentless work ethic, it was only a matter of time before RMH asked Geoff to become an official member of the team.
Working his way up to Creative Director, Geoff is an integral member of the RMH team, bringing to life the creative visions of our clients from inception to delivery. He designs with purpose and has led the creative team in the production of several ADDY Award-winning pieces since joining RMH. Ever concerned with getting the job done right, Geoff is a perfectionist who can be counted on to deliver. He seeks to understand every aspect of the project at hand, making them bigger and better than the client even envisioned.
In addition to his creative mind and artistic abilities, Geoff’s vocal talents have enabled him to travel across the world with various choral groups. When he’s not at work, Geoff enjoys spending time outdoors, having hiked and camped on many occasions as a Boy Scout.
As Account Director, Cameron manages the workflow of our clients’ business. In addition to keeping their business smooth running, she is always on the hunt for creative and innovative ideas to achieve their strategic goals in a bigger way. Her communication skills are flawless from internal and external briefings to managing the day-to-day of timelines and project details.
Cameron is full of joy and loves to encourage others to help them to flourish. She has a positive and constructive attitude; dedicated to getting the job done right and being a team player.
In her free time, Cameron enjoys being with her family and friends, traveling, and spoiling her two puppies – Annie and Duke.
